Make sure that WiiUshell is on your wii u
Open rosalina menu
When in rosalina menu press "take screenshot"
Go to a computer and plug in your 3ds sd card
Move the image to your computer...

It's really cool that despite R.O.B. being kinda bad as an NES accessory, Nintendo never forgot it and kept including it as a character or cameo in a lot of games.
I'm glad, R.O.B.'s design is so good to be left forgotten.
