Try to access off-device Roséverse on the Wii U Internet Browser shows you a message to install Roséverse on the console, I mean, makes sense, that's really redundant.

I love the fact that I can post on the off-device version of Roséverse. There was plenty of times when I saw a post on off-device Juxt, and then I had to turn on my Wii U just to reply to it.

It was supposed to show an option to add to the home screen when clicking on the three dots. But mine just doesn't show at all.
