well it basically just depends on if you prefer murfy with button controls (faster pace in levels) or with touch controls (slower, but the intended experience), but aside from that, there aren't any major differences between the two!

Exactly! The new 3D twist to it is awesome, and I'm especially a fan of how they'll focus on the story too! I can't really afford it sadly, but I'm sure it'll be fun for the newer wave of fans it'll drive in! Let's see how they'll revamp stuff like costumes or challenges, personally I'd be a fan of seeing Ray Plumber in 3D!!

Will the original versions be delisted after its release? I know ubisoft specifically does that a lot with games like "The Crew"?

I think the original should still be available. Retold is a different interpretation of the game. It's not unlike the Resident Evil remakes.
