i used netflix on my Wii and 3DS, but the 3DS version was limited to USA, to another country you need resign up the netflix account

no and its very unlikely that it will be, unless someone somehow got the app to connect to the servers again
pepole have just made modifed or new netfilx apps for consoles like the xbox 360 to get support thoes new apis so mb somebody would do it for Wii U .
AS far as I know, there are no attempts on reviving
Netflix for the Wii U. Netflix now has modern APIs
& security measures making it pretty much impossible to work on old clients.
