Yes it does Step 1: Download the app useing nussple or getting the app file online Step 2: Go to the homebrew stor and get FlixFix this is a 3rd party server domane that connects the ISP to the app like the fix called GiveMiiYoutube on the homebrew store thi fixes Youtube for the WiiU if you want to watch hulu there is also lufix this does the same thing but for hulu Step 3:I lied and you rea

The TV was also apparently very prone to failure (at least for other people, we've never had it fail) so maybe that's why it was stuck with such outdated software
