get an FTP client on PC and also get FTPiiU on your Wii U, then on your PC connect to your Wii U's IP address and go to: storage_mlc/usr/save/system/act/ drag the (account.dat) file from each folder and to your PC, then open it on Notepad, then delete the folder that contains the account you are trying to delete
