Apparently, it is not possible to play the game with the GamePad. There's a Gecko code though for the game that let you use a Wii Classic controller instead of just a Wii Remote or a Wii Remote + Nunchuk, but sadly, the code doesn't work with the GamePad, even when you enable the Classic controller option in UWUVCI.
