Nah, bro. At least, at my experience, the only sort of jumpscare is in the secret bonus level, but it's a crappy one (and if you're facing the wrong way, you can easily miss it). You can't lose in this game, tho. In the regular levels, the Teddy Bear gives you a constant feeling it's gonna chase you, but absolutely nothing happens actually.
