On a scale of 1 to 10, how much of an accomplishment is me trying to cram a full-fledged kart racer onto the Game Boy Color with 38 characters and 40 tracks?

Not to hard if you write it in C, or if you know the hardware well you can write it in assembly and do visual tricks like scaling and rotation (think mode 7 on the snes)
