Btw if you have an old laptop/PC that you're going to either throw out or sell, you could make it into a server, I used an old HP laptop with Windows XP on it to create a Web Server to host a website and a private e-mail system that works only in my LAN (for free)

    i actually have an old laptop that still runs windows 7, i have a project to restore it, like replacing the battery and stuff, i already did a repaste on its cpu and graphics chip. and i already cleand the fans. im also considering to swap out the hdd for an ssd

    that's awesome, if you already have a main PC I really reccommend turning the laptop into a server, you can assign a static IP address through your router, though it requires a bit of Networking skills and knowledge
