dear roseverse 6/5 yesterday i didn't do much. i started a painting, and i mostly laid in bed. when my wife got home from work we played wii sports together. not much else going on besides that! i've been watching more hanna-barbera smurfs lately. i think my favorite seasons are the first three, but the first season is my favorite overall. 1/2

    i have a cat and she's highly anxious, and one of the things that calms her down is cartoons, so right now i leave smurfs on for her. i didn't know cats could be picky about cartoons but she is! she only likes calm, low energy shows, but spongebob and the loud house are the exceptions. i think the noise and visuals are comforting to her, she cries less when they're on. 1/?

    she doesn't like hey arnold though, which makes me sad. i really like that show. ive yet to try other 90s nicktoons, but when i do ill report back. turns out that's all i have to write daily question: what's your favorite cartoon from the 80s or 90s? can be from any network, not just nickelodeon.

    I grew up with a bunch of 90's & early 00's cartoons but since the 00's arent in the question imma cheat and name 5 since it's a tricky question for me to decide! In no particular order, The Powerpuff Girls, Spongebob, Invader Zim, Johnny Bravo & Ren and Stimpy!!
